Previously, as Executive Vice President and Chief Communications and Culture Officer at Neiman Marcus Group, she led the company's transformation from bankruptcy to its $2.7B acquisition by Saks Global. Before that, she created and led the global communications function for PVH Corp., supporting its acquisition of Warnaco and transformation to a $10B brand with a global operating model, plus its legacy CEO transition.
Earlier in her career, she led brand communications in-house at Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, and Calvin Klein, and spent years on the agency side working with 40+ global fashion and lifestyle brands—delivering real-time communications at record speed and changing brand reputation with consumers through a pulse on both industry and culture.
She has worked directly with regional teams in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC to deliver global brand initiatives. For brands like Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Neiman Marcus, and Bergdorf Goodman, she has led global brand repositioning rollouts, Olympic activations across multiple cities, and immersive retail experiences.
